I think Cathe's November rotation has both Athletic Training & Afterburn in it - two classics! I always feel like I have to include Lean Legs & Abs in a rotation when I do Great Glutes to get both sides of the legs.Speaking of older workouts I haven’t done in a while, this morning I did Athletic Training and I forgot what a great workout it is. And this week I’ll revisit some oldies but goodies including Great Glutes, Afterburn and FlexTrain!!!
