    I completed Day 4 of the rotation, doing LMR Functional Yoga Fusion, and a 15 minute indoor walking workout with Get Fit With Rick (free workouts on YouTube). In all, a gentle hour of exercise that left me mildly sweaty and invigorated. A good day.
