    Rock Bottoms Rotation June 2

    Well I managed to survive day 2 of the rotation. I really pushed myself hard during CTX Upper Body and had very little energy by the end of the BBW. I found it difficult to motivate myself during the BBW (I'm used to having Cathe encourage me I guess). Have a great day everyone!

    Sore muscles

    Hot tubs or hot springs are great for loosening up. A lot of spas have mineral pools where you can drop in for $10. Soaking in these pools is absolute heaven on tight muscles. I take a book and soak in the mineral pool for an hour. My muscles are mush afterwards...it's heaven!:)

    Rock Bottoms Rotation June 1

    Well I did day 1 this morning. It took 75 minutes. My quads were shaking by the end of the walking lunges. I did the last 50 lunges karate style...wow did that up the intensity! Laurie I too am looking forward to a rock bottom.
