Hi everyone,
I'm in the middle of a family crisis. My mother, or as I call her Nanny, is dying. She had breast cancer & it has come back throughout her body. We are spending most of our time at the nursing home & it gets harder & harder to get a workout in. That may sound weird or...
I spend WAY too much time on the computer. I have a new rule...no computer in the morning (unless I'm off work that day), & am trying to implement 1 hour only in the evening. It's very hard.

I always wear mascara when I leave the house, everything else depends on my mood. I tend to wear less & less as I get older, although I still love makeup.
At home...never! First thing I do when I get home...take off shoes...wash face. Always.

First, I was so glad to read that your sound problems have improved. I felt so bad for you as I knew how much you have looked forward to Hardcore.
I have previewed High Step Challenge & feel that it is your type of workout! (You workout Queen :P ) I also noticed you will be trying it...
Thursday...it's my day off work AND my alone time (which I have to have to stay sane) because it's DH's band practice night. So I get the whole day & most of the evening (until about midnight) to myself!

There are two schools of thought on this (of course). I prefer to do lifting before cardio, because I get all sweaty with cardio & want a shower! Also, they say your body burns more fat because the lifting has used up your glucose fuel.
Others prefer cardio first saying they wouldn't be...
Oh Jes, I'm so excited for you! What fun.
So, you say just the two of you...right? No reason to expect any invitations, right? ~sigh~ :P
You must be in 7th heaven...I love weddings, especially my own! LOL
TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES!!!

Hi Amy,
Legs, unfortunately, are one body part for your purpose. Although some people do a standing workout one day & a floor workout another day. But if you want to do one body part a day, you won't have enough days for that. Unless you give up your rest day, which is not highly...
I agree Denise...even though I've always had good experiences with them, the service you received was inexcusable. If I were you, I would send an email & express your feelings exactly as you told us.
Sorry you had to go through that...it's just so damned frustrating when you give a company...
Jes, only you could have come up with this! LOL So of course I had to try it, & I liked it, and along comes DH about half an hour later & wants to know if I "drowned in there".
I'll never tell.

I have NEVER enjoyed Firms, and I've tried to many times. I do realize that a lot of people started their fitness journey with The Firm, which is great. Just not for me.
