Hello to all you beautiful ladies!!

I wanted to let all of you know the experience I had with this company, in purchasing my Club step and High step topper.

My order came on time as expected, however they sent me the wrong color of step..as I ordered the Black and gray step, and they sent me the Teal one. I called the company and they admitted their mistake, there was no "I am so sorry for your inconvience" the person on the phone did not act sorry at all.
Then they charged my credit card another $76.00 and sent me the black step, with a shipping label to send the teal one back. They told me as soon as they got the teal step back, they would credit my credit card. I called them today to let them know that they never credited my Card the $76.00, after checking their UPS tracking they said they got it but did not know where it was???? So I asked, are you going to credit my account then? She said yes..and they did credit my card..But my goodness!! After all of that I think that maybe they could have given me a gift certificate or something...Plus it had been several weeks since the return of the teal step x(

I seriously doubt I will ever order anything from them again!:(

I've always had a great experience ordering from them. I've never had a problem. I'm sorry that happened to you.
 
When I called to tell them that I thought there was a mistake, the lady almost started to laugh on the phone when she told me that she had made the mistake...

wow... i'm sorry you had a bad experience... i've had nothing but great service from them.....

I think that things would have been fine if they had not charged me to send me the correct step,,,,esp since it was their fault that I got the wrong one, and the woman would have have said she was sorry for the mix up..and if they would have credited my card back without me having to call....
 
I agree Denise...even though I've always had good experiences with them, the service you received was inexcusable. If I were you, I would send an email & express your feelings exactly as you told us.

Sorry you had to go through that...it's just so damned frustrating when you give a company your business & they don't seem to care.

My experiences with them have been wonderful, but I haven't purchased anything in quite some time. It sounds like things have changed over there; maybe a personnel change. In any event, they get a lot of business from us Catheites and I think you should be sure let them know that you will be sharing your experience with us. In fact, I may send them an email because I have recommended them so frequently, that it is a bad reflection on ME if someone has a bad experience with them. I won't mention you by name if you don't want me to.
