abs in the bathtub

now, i know ya'll already think i'm crazy, but this works! i love the results of working alot of abs, but i have alot of trouble with my neck muscels. so i have been doing core work in the tub(which i'm in daily cause cathe kicks my butt! in the water my neck is weightless and i have been holding the "crunch position" for 2 or 3 mins at a time. it's working! and my neck feels great! well, there's my "amazing discovery" }(

Jes, only you could have come up with this! LOL So of course I had to try it, & I liked it, and along comes DH about half an hour later & wants to know if I "drowned in there".

I'll never tell.

I was just thinking this would be a good place to do lower ab crunches. Put your arms on the sides of the tub (like the arms of a chair) and hold on while you crunch the lower body up.
