    how often do you put your face on?

    I always wear mascara when I leave the house, everything else depends on my mood. I tend to wear less & less as I get older, although I still love makeup. At home...never! First thing I do when I get home...take off shoes...wash face. Always. Ruth :-)

    Thursday...it's my day off work AND my alone time (which I have to have to stay sane) because it's DH's band practice night. So I get the whole day & most of the evening (until about midnight) to myself! Ruth :)

    Hi Amy, Legs, unfortunately, are one body part for your purpose. Although some people do a standing workout one day & a floor workout another day. But if you want to do one body part a day, you won't have enough days for that. Unless you give up your rest day, which is not highly...

    May I vent please, about THE FIRM?

    I have NEVER enjoyed Firms, and I've tried to many times. I do realize that a lot of people started their fitness journey with The Firm, which is great. Just not for me. Ruth :-)
