    I would suggest the GS Back/Shoulders/Biceps and GS Chest/Triceps. I have been doing these for a month and have seen huge improvement in strength and cuts, especially in my shoulders area. Out of Cathe's Hardcore, these are by far the best in this series. JMHO Linda
