    For Those of You Who Download Workouts

    I have only done the HIIT on my I phone and some ab stuff. I am going to take sts to the gym tomorrow tho and do it there. I have to watch the steps if I am new to the workout but you can get the cord and attach it to the tv.

    Thanks! After I posted the question I looked at prior posts and realized that there were a lot of people with the same question. I just want to get this right, I take the exercises and a weight that I think is heavy enough and see how many reps I can do? Than i plug all my info in the workout...

    I am going to start sts and wanted to know how people figured out there 1 rep max. With all the exercises how long/many do you do in a workout. I just didn't know which exercises you put together. There is no way you can do all of them in a few workouts. I am pretty clueless about the system so...

    I think that i will take the workouts to the gym where they have all the equipment and the weights and see how it goes. I agree with your point about form Ect.. But personal trainers are expensive and I need to have flexibility with my workout times since I have young kiddos.

    so i broke down and purchased the system tonight. I am downloading it which will take FOREVER!! this way I can take it to the gym or wherever and not have to deal with DVDs. I know in the long run it will def be worth the purchase since I have heard nothing but great reviews. THanks ladies!

    Pre and post work out protein??

    I have been reading a lot that pre and post work out proteins are needed in aiding in muscle recovery and adding to fat loss with out losing muscle mass. Whats are good examples besides protein shakes? And what is a good protein powder to buy??

    No babyfood??

    My daughter is 9 mos old and is the same way these days. If it comes in baby food form she isn't that interested in it. I still breastfeed her also and she will get table foods when we eat. I wouldn't worry to much about it unless she starts losing weight. Goodluck!
