    i like to calorie cycle/stagger too. so if i went over like you did, i would ease back the next day to create a slightly bigger calorie deficit than normal. and disneyland is an awesome reason to go over a bit!!!

    bring a healthy snack with you! preferably something high protein like yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, couple slices of turkey, etc.. the protein will sustain you until dinner.

    you should try to minimize farm-raised fish as they contain higher levels of mercury then wild caught. you can buy cans of wild caught salmon and there's wild caught fish available in almost grocery stores. i tend to eat fish 4x/week, fyi.

    lol!!! you poor thing! i always get red.. this morning i ran 5 miles before work and was still red when i got to the office. we're having a heat wave and the heat always makes me red.

    i truly think that some folks have really low self-esteem so they resort to being rude to others as a self-defense kinda thing. like they are trying to show how big and bad they are, when really they are in poor shape, bad health and wishing they felt better. it's sad really.

    i don't think any of you are "weenies" or should be compared to 90-yr olds!!! there is a reason why cathe says to do STS 3 days/week and take appropriate rest days -- hello!! there's a reason why you guys are fatiguing and feeling like even cardio is tough. your body needs to recover adequately!

    it is NOT embarassing to do pushups on your knees! especially drop sets lol.. what is to be embarrased about? i guarantee the average person you meet on the street can't do any form of pushups, let alone cathe's sets. if you are challenging your pecs, shoulders, and triceps, then who cares if...
