    I also would say IMAX 2, very fun! IMAX 3 is tougher IMO because less time between the efforts. i would do IMAX 3 more, but my feet can't make it thru it. i get cramps in my arches. that doesn't happen to me in IMAX 2 and most of the time with the HIITs.

    I agree with the others...just keep lighter tension on until you are ready for more. it is a whole new mode of exercise for you so it will take some time. well worth it, though. i still would try eating something prior to your rides. maybe half a banana with a tbsp peanut butter, or plain yogurt...

    just clarifying...Sidi is a brand of cycling shoes, not a type of cleat. i have Sidi mtn bike shoes w/ SPD cleats. Look pedals have a different kind of cleat & would not be compatible w/ spin bikes. those are mostly on road bikes. as long as you get SPD cleats you should be fine.
