    I usually feel it most in the bottom of the front leg (if that makes sense), probably because I concentrate on really pushing with my front heel. During evil low-ends, however, I often get a major burn in the back calf muscles (this could be lactic acid build-up).

    For floorwork, try PLB or GSL. As far as the leg blast premix, I'm guessing that any of Cathe's lower body workouts would suffice. You can always add on fire-walkers with the band if you want. ETA: I'd go for Leaner Legs, especially if you're crunched for time - and the burn is sooooo nice! }(

    Kickboxing Circuit workout

    One more vote for more kickboxing! I, too, prefer this type of cardio over step and would love to see more of it! I'll be honest: one of the biggest deciding factors in preording the new series for myself was the inclusion of a kickbox cardio (and bootcamp, of course!).

    We use a "veggie tray" so that nothing falls in and it's great for a stir-fry-ish concoction. We also like to grill shucked corn wrapped in foil - just rub the corn with a butter and herb mixture, wrap in foil, and throw on the grill.     30 minute cardio premixes?

    I tend to do the Drill Max cardio premixes quite a bit, but I think the Cardio Blast runs about 40 minutes. You could always skip one of the chapters to shorten it, though - I do this with the Scrambled premix all the time (I don't like the step cycle).

    RE: wait for 4 -split? Or buy Gym Styles plus the 4-da... Check out the "Excel Spreadsheet" thread in the Rotations forum - Tess generously posted weight sheets for all of the workouts, and the really nifty part is that she included the weights Cathe uses as benchmarks for each exercise.

    I often use the BC/ME bonus premix when I'm in the mood for a tough circuit workout. This is one of my favorites, especially since I can lift heavy and get my cardio in all at once!
