subs for butts&guts

Hi,i'm doing Fitness Freaks 1 hour or less rotation and need a substitution for the b&g floorwork week1,day4 and the b&g leg blast premix week4,day5.Thanks!

For floorwork, try PLB or GSL. As far as the leg blast premix, I'm guessing that any of Cathe's lower body workouts would suffice. You can always add on fire-walkers with the band if you want.

ETA: I'd go for Leaner Legs, especially if you're crunched for time - and the burn is sooooo nice! }(
