    Happy Valentine's Day Fit ones

Sweated this morning - first time doing LowMax using an 8" height. What a difference that made! Hitting the sweets tonight with the expectation of a gourmet chocolate truffle. Happy Valentine's Day! :D

Which Cathe workouts push you over your comfort zone?

I completely agree with Ronne The step portion of Intensity is the toughest I've ever done. When the Hiit comes, it is a relief! CCC is still my hardest (and least done) because there is no relief until it is over ;)

    Let us know Who's In - Check-In!!!

I'm in, no. 54. I had to laugh at myself for how stressed out I got when my computer froze. This is my 2nd RT. Looking forward to seeing you all!

Which Cathe workouts push you over your comfort zone?

CCC kills me every time. Intensity is tough for me too. Cathe, do you ever work out to your DVDs? There is something that never crossed my mind!

Gym Styles - Legs - Please help me decide

Yes! This is very much a matter of opinion, but I love GS Legs. I think it is the toughest and more thorough of the leg workouts. It is roughly 1/2 an hour of standing weight work and 1/2 an hour of floor exercises. You can do them as separate workouts that both work the entire legs but...

    Pics of your workout space

Jealous! These are great! I use our family room and keep all of my equipment in a closet. I keep the furniture on sliders so I can easily push everything out of the way. We have a guest bedroom in the basement that gets used about twice a year, and I'm dying to take it over! My husband...

Sh*t girls say to personal trainers - Have you seen this?

Hilarious! Loved it! Especially the part about the box of cookies. I'm assuming this guy really has clients and I'm wondering if he got himself in trouble! Thanks for posting.

    Most loved exercise moves

A few off the top of my head... 1. Deadlifts 2. The V step where you do it forwards and back and then shuffle to change feet (Low Impact Circuit) 3. Fast feet shuffle is really fun, although tiring 4. Mountain climbers on the step (Body Max 2) 5. Elbow strikes

    Top 5 Hated Exercise Moves!

Ditto I can't do more than a few plie jacks. Apparently I was born with an extra bone in my right foot (it's okay, you can laugh) and it is aggravated by that move more than any other. So I'm just listening to my body, totally not being lazy :p

    Naughty or Nice?

I'm definitely on the naughty list! I agree with your attitude about food. I'm not into denial, but I eat well most of the time. I'm actually craving healthy food after all the junk. There just may be a thing as too much chocolate!:p

low impact series on off days

I think Cathe answered this previously and said that you can do any of them except Total Body Trisets. You might want to search around to find her old response just to make sure I'm remembering correctly!:p

    Your "dread factor" workout

Am I allowed to pick a Cathe DVD as my dreaded workout? It is Cardio Core Circuit. I love the Hiits so it must be the extra 20 minutes in this one that put me over the edge. It's a good workout, but I don't do it very often because of the dread factor.

    foam roller video

I'd definitely buy that one! That would be a perfect addition if there is ever an STS 2.

    Working out with DOMS

I agree with the others. It took me years to figure out that I was better off moving than totally resting my muscles. I go for low impact cardio when I have DOMS and then a long stretch. This has reduced the pain more than anything else for me. Good luck!

    DCDs: Dixie Cup DOMS

Yes, those dixie cups get in there like nothing else. I guess I don't normally lunge that low. Now my butt is talking to me. ;)

Which ones are cardio only with no weights?

I haven't done all of them yet, but the first half hour or so of Slide & Glide is just aerobic. Low Impact Challenge is all aerobic as long as you don't do the extra 20 minute bonus step routine. Obviously, you can squeeze in the Yogas for stretching/recovery. I think that's about it...

    Athletic Training after After Burn?

It would have been too much for me. I had DOMS after AfterBurn. I agree - it depends on how you feel.
