    i did slow and heavy for the first time

    Hi Lisa & Sherry & Sara- I use to have the Slow/Heavy series but exchanged them after a couple times. I just never felt like I was getting a good workout. Maybe I should have stuck w/it a bit longer. Anyway, did you find good results? Weight loss/toning or just strength gains? Charlene
