Fitting it all in??

Hi Cathe - as I've posted before, I just started doing the Advanced Total Overall Body Blast with the Intensity Series. (loving it)
I really miss doing yoga though. How do I work it in?

Hi Charlene! It depends on what kind of yoga you are talking about. Strength based yoga or soothing yoga. On your rest day, you can do soothing yoga. On your "work" days, you can do a specific portion of a strength based yoga tape that involves the muscle groups you just worked in your previous workout (doing it right after), then follow it up with soothing yoga that also involves those muscle groups.
