    Low Impact Challenge???

    I've tried this workout several times and mid way through Cathe loses me with all the fancy footwork and walking back and forth across the step. Which of the premixes on this DVD leaves out most of that fancy footwork? I know you Cathletes will know the answer. :-). Thanks in advance. Amy

    I have a question about the guide book. What kind of rotations will be included? Will they be set up as beginner, intermediate, and advanced or will they be goal specific like one rotation more focused on legs and one focused on core?

    More Low Impact please!!

    I would also love to see a low impact modifier. I've been struggling with PF. I'm stubborn and won't stop working out. I've cut out my stepping too:-( I'm thankful Cathe gave us Low Impact premixes on CF and TTM.
