XTrain Cardio Leg Blast Video Clip

[SNM Videos]

We have now posted video clips from Cardio Leg Blast on our Facebook Fan Page. In this clip we have included a couple shots that show the graphics we use to show you which weight exercise is next and the weight that Cathe is using for that exercise. These information graphics are used not only in Cardio Leg Blast, but also throughout the XTrain series for most of the exercises that require a weight.

This one and Supercuts look to be real gems of the series.

Cathe i love love the music and the graphics. Ill never lift what u do but i still use u as a gauge lol if u go 12 im only at 10 some times 8 lol.
Im excited. I hope we can get them soon ! Dear hubby said he will get me some pink boxing gloves!
We was watching clips i was so happy had to share with hubby. He said samething about Jaes arms lol he said dang u see that girls triceps

Thanks, Zenara. I discovered you can get to Cathe's Facebook page without being a member, which I didn't know, so I got to see the clips after all. Appreciate your reply.
