    30/30 is MUCH easier! The only thing I didn't do were the squat thrust jumps. I don't like changing my height like that. I added on CM 2, the one with the SB. The rotation calls for STS abs - the pilates based ones - but I lent my DVD to someone. Any warm weather to be found?

    I have no idea what workout I'm doing today. Does anyone know if Cathe will be posting a new rotation? I really need some weight work - maybe I'll do one of the STS routines. This decision really shouldn't be so hard!

    Happy New Years Eve! I did Cathe's Core Cardio Circuit and did enjoy it! There were a few moves that I couldn't do, but I modified. We have a wedding tonight for DH's nephew. I'm hoping the there aren't too many crazies on the road because I will be the one driving! Enjoy ladies!
