I can't wait to get my mitts on Shock cardio but in the meantime I'll have to live vicariously through y'all. I'm still recovering from my cold but everyday gets better and better. I am planning to do some yoga this evening although I may work up the energy to do one of my faves.....4DS KB.
Carmen--I love 4DS, especially bootcamp! Could you tell me more about the Jillian Michael's rotation. I keep hearing about but I am not really familiar with her (other than to hear she has some tv show---about the only "prime time" tv I watch is L&O). I assume she is more advanced than most of the DVDs floating out there.
Phyllis--Do you find that just getting right down to business, but for only 30 minutes, is a little easier than going the full hour? I am a fan of shorter workouts.
Becky--I recommend a Hawaiian shirt and a margarita before the freeze is back!
