    Bootcamp variation - more focus on arms

    I love the burn I get from doing bootcamp upper two times thru.If I am using it as a wt workout and not just for the body shock factor I normally do this cardio two times-followed by upper two times-core once than legs once.But I also love it as is.so many ways to use this dvd.

    The program I was refering to is called hypertrophy specific training(hst).It doesn't mention warm up sets at all.at least it isn't listed in the chart it does say to warm up but does not state using warm up sets of exercises.And I haven't seen anybody who is journeling mention doing warm up...
