Bootcamp variation - more focus on arms

Just an idea I thought that some might enjoy -- Last time that I did bootcamp, I wanted to spend more time working my upper body strength. For each cycle when Cathe and the group were doing core work, I would instead do a different upper body strength move working the same body part that we just worked for that cycle. For example, after doing the push-ups, instead of going to ab work, I substituted chest flys. Just an idea if you are seeking a little more upper body work. I suppose you could also substitute cardio if you were seeking more cardio. OR you could alternate and sub cardio and strenght work for each ab section. I then did a separate ab only workout pre-mix at the end. Just thought that I would pass along the idea.

That's a great idea. I usually do the "all but core" premix and tack abs on the end, but I like your idea. I've been doing push-ups and pull-ups before doing my actually upper body workouts lately, so another option would be to do those during the ab/core sections.

I love the burn I get from doing bootcamp upper two times thru.If I am using it as a wt workout and not just for the body shock factor I normally do this cardio two times-followed by upper two times-core once than legs once. But I also love it as is.so many ways to use this dvd.
