    Today I did about 25 minutes of Rhythmic Step. I did 15 at a 6" height and my legs were tired, so I lowered it to 4". I just wasn't feeling it. I did 23 minutes on the bike and was tired on that too, so I stopped. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. If I feel good, it's 2 hours on the bike. Just...

    Yesterday I did 1:45 on the bike and today I'm doing 2:30 on the bike.....steady state. I felt really good yesterday!

    Hi gals! New here. I'm working on learning Seasun Zieger's Stepping it Up. Got through the first combo yesterday. I also put together a mix of Party Rockin' Step 1 and 2 and Step Moves on the Workout Blender. I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps yesterday. My biceps are sore today!

    Need checkin

    I'm a Cathe fan. Right now I do a lot of step, a little running and a lot of cycling. I try to do 2 upper body weights a week. Occasionally I do lowerbody weights, but I feel I work my legs a lot, and they tend to get bulky, so I don't do them. I'm not working right now, so I have lots of time...

    Step Moves.....I have a sickness

    Lately I can't stop doing Step Moves. I'm addicted to it. I do it every day. I don't even think it's the best idea to do it because it's not that tough of a workout. But I love it. I love every move. I do other workouts as well.....but step is my favorite. I like Party Rockin' Step 1 and 2...

    Looking for this step workout

    There is a step workout where Cathe does an outer thigh on the step, then she does an outer thigh on the floor to one side and an outer thigh on the floor to the other side. I can't remember which workout this is, and it's driving me a little crazy trying to find it. Anybody?

    I'll give a couple I found.First, The Flex Train workout minus abs. Second Cross Train Xpress upperbody split. Very good, I can do it without ab pain. Modify where necessary.

    I just had abdominal surgery, and can't do abs for 3 more weeks. I've been walking but I'd like to do some upper body work.....just a little. So.....are there any good workouts that don't require core so much? I think I know the answer, but I was hoping to find something.

    I have a request for some input. When I did the EVG, when I came out of it, the nurses told me I need to do a sleep study as my oxygen levels were dropping as I snored.....I knew I snored. So my question is: do I pursue a sleep study, knowing that my problem might be resolved when I lose weight...
