Hi gals,

Today I did 27 minutes of This is Taebo, then I did 2 pilates segments equaling 34 minutes, then I worked on my disco circuit workout for 50 minutes. It is going to be fun but energetic so hopefully the ladies can modify it for themselves.

Annette - Thanks for getting us started.

Unfortunately our stomachs were still not feeling great today, so another sick day for my son and working from home for me.

Nevertheless, I wanted to try a w/o just no cardio or core, and my glutes were stills sore from the doubles on Sunday, so I did S&S Ramped Upper Body. Ouch! My chest and shoulders feel especially toasted... Or I should say fried! Basically every muscle group in the upper body gets worked really well in that one. Great stuff!

Hello ladies! Jeez this winter has been one illness after another for a lot of people. I really hope you're feeling Better soon Henriette. Today I did Supercuts from XTrain. Great series! Have a good one people!

Today I did ICE BBlast Rock'm Sock'm (18min) + Tabata Leg Blast with Trainer Ben (youtube) 33 minutes. Longer than I really had time for! lol
 
Today I did about 25 minutes of Rhythmic Step. I did 15 at a 6" height and my legs were tired, so I lowered it to 4". I just wasn't feeling it. I did 23 minutes on the bike and was tired on that too, so I stopped.

I'll see how I feel tomorrow. If I feel good, it's 2 hours on the bike. Just endurance pace, 114-137 hr.

Good workouts! TLC - it seems we have similar taste in workouts. I love xtrain too. Missy - how oh how do you get thythmic step? Elsie - I really like rock'm sock'm. love the name!

yesterday I did my own bi's/shoulders workout with cardio intervals - it was 45 of fun!
