Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic/ kickbox circuit (60 minutes ) to 6 ladies.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

Oh my gals, I got the Disco cd yesterday and listened to it last night and it is soooo good!![emoji3]

It is going to be so much fun putting together a routine for this cd. If you are a disco era child it begins with Dancing Queen...then You Sexy Thing...then songs like Don't Stop and September, towards the end is More, More, More and the cooldown is Looks Like We Made It.

One song is Captain and Tenelle Love Will Keep Us Together.

I am so excited and giddy [emoji16][emoji38].

Anyway have a great day!

Those songs bring me back!!! Sounds like a lot of fun. I think I even had a Toni Tennelle (?) haircut. NO WAIT.....it was the Dorothy Hamill haircut that came AFTER the Carol Brady shag haircut. Today I did Mike Donavanik 20 min HiiT, 10 min Dumbell HiiT, then 10 min abs. Nice stretch. He cracks me up. Love him. Have a great day everyone! peg

Hi girls, off today, so besides getting my hair hi-lighted, I've gotten in 2 workouts. This morning I did a blender
30 min. Standing & floor legs workout and I just now finished doing S&S RUUB DVD premix of double biceps
Only, about 22 min. So, will I do anything else this evening, who knows! :). I want to try and do the latest CatheLive
Weight workout over weekend if I can, it's about an hour so definitely a Sat or Sun time slot for that one.
Annette, glad you love your new cd. Those songs are definitely "oldies but goodies."
Anyone remember The Wizard of Oz? There is a chant that Dorothy says going into the forest, "Lions,& Tigers &
Bears, oh my! (Or something like that) anyway, this is how my imagination works, I blended a new lower body
Workout last night and named it "Lunges,& Deadlifts,& Squats-OH MY! :) I think it's gonna be a good one!
Probably won't be able to walk afterwards :)

Today I did all this running around and just got home. I have an hour ride on the bike. I was thinking about trying the workout Cathe did live yesterday.....Strong and Lean Reps

Good evening ladies. :)

I just finished S & S Giant Sets Double Upper Body (49 mins). Been some time since I've done a split UB like this, so it challenged me a lot. Of course I had to go much slower on the back work than Cathe.
Planning on NetFlix tonight. Watching a Norwegian show called Nobel which is pretty interesting so far.

Hey, great job on workouts, errands etc. today ladies! Life is busy right?! Oh those do sound like a lot of fun Annette! I think your class will think so too. Hahaa Linda. Yes, I remember that song clearly! I think I've seen Oz maybe 30 times!!! :D tlc, Mike D is a hoot! Nice he doesn't take everything so serious. Missy Hiett, do you commute solely by bicycle?

Hi to Ceci & Henriette. *waves* Enjoy your night!!

rest day for me ladies. I had to be at a meeting downtown where I had a serious momentary panic attack - for real! in front of a group of strangers. i passed it off as a hot flash cos i was able to catch myself but for about 1 minute i thought I was going to have a heart attack. i actually couldn't speak.

i have a public speaking thing that i developed late in life. i used to be a stand up trainer for a major canadian company so not sure what happened - menopause? Anyway, i pulled it together but have been ruminating ever since :( - not good.

Hi ladies,

Sounds like a lot of you got in some gr8 workouts and great ideas for using premixes. I am only just discovering Cathe's world of premixes. I have been doing her dvds for a few years now, but always just the whole w/o or a premix consisting of the whole w/o + something extra. Now I am getting familiar with what Cathe's dvds have to offer if you use all the premix options. So much fun!

Friday I had a busy day at the office and then I had to cover a bball trainer for another trainer, so that was my rest day.

Siobhan - so sorry to hear you struggle with public speaking and had a panic attack. I can't even imagine how hard that must be.

Elsie - Nobel sounds interesting. We're watching The Team on Netflix. Danish/German/Belgium series. And to make matters more fun, the 3 cops working together come from these 3 countries so they speak English together and the Danish one is married to a Swede and the Belgians speak both French and Flemmish. So each episode uses 5 or 6 languages... Fortunately the Flemmish (Belgium) is very similar to Dutch and some Swedish is similar to Danish, just like some German is similar to Dutch. So I do need the subtitles, but not too much, which is good as I am working on a new big crochet project so I am not looking at the tv the whole time.
