Hey thats the rotation. I loved it. I might do it again in a couple of months. I just figured out that all my workingout doesn't do any good if I eat too many sweets. I've know this for a while but I think I've finally gained the disipline to do something about it. Hope you enjoy it.

I jusdt got finished with the Legs and Glutes rotation from Sept 05'. I got very good results and if I would have cleaned up my diet I would have had great results. If your looking to slim up your legs its a good one. Farrah

I'm new to Cathe also. I was at a standstill with the Firm. I thought I was in shape until I started with Cathe. I got a rude awakening the first time I did GS Legs. I have done the other two. I've got them coming up this week and now I'm getting kind of scared.

I would think if you have more to lose you will lose a more. When I first started I would lose a lot faster than I am now. I droped 20lbs in no time but the last ten have taken me longer to lose. Farrah

I'm doing the fat lose section of the Hardcore Celebration rotation from last year. I'm having great results with it. It's been 2 weeks I've went down a size and I've lost 3lbs. Three pound don't sound like alot but I'm trying to get off the last 5 lbs and this rotation has helped.

I think the High Step in Legs&Glutes is 14". I used my TransFirmer for it until I got my High Step and I got a great workout. Farrah
