Gym Styles, OMG!

I'm fairly new to Cathe but not to exercise. I've been in a funk for the last couple of months so turned from the FIRM to a Cathe rotation which includes the Gym Styles for the next 4 weeks. I've done them all before but not in a long time and not so frequently. I thought I was intermediate/advanced and I think I'm finding out otherwise. I have MAJOR doms after each GS. I did GS legs yesterday and man o man. I think the worst doms is from the calf raises but mostly behind the knee to the top of the calf. OMG! I had to modify alot and feel certain I will be doing some hefty modifying today when I do GS C&T. What great workouts. I look forward to eventually working out with no modifications which will be a sure sign of progress.

Yall already know what great workouts the GS are but I hope to see great results from all the DOMS, haha!
 
I'm also new to Cathe. I just finishted my very first 4 week rotation using her stuff and I was using the Gym Styles. The DOMS I got in my calves after doing GS Legs the first time were unbearable ;( !! My calves hurt for 3 DAYS!!! I could barely walk. I have to say though after that first time I didn't get DOMS anywhere near that bad in my calves...so rest assured your body becomes acclimated fairly quickly...well at least my calves did.

I just did GS Chest yesterday completing my rotation and I swear my chest hurts today as bad as it did the very first time I did it!! I can't do the entire GS Chest and Triceps as the chest work fries my triceps so I have to split it up to get a decent weight workout in for my triceps. Good luck to ya during these next four weeks :) :) !! Enjoy the DOMS!!

I'm new to Cathe also. I was at a standstill with the Firm. I thought I was in shape until I started with Cathe. I got a rude awakening the first time I did GS Legs. I have done the other two. I've got them coming up this week and now I'm getting kind of scared.
