I'm fairly new to Cathe but not to exercise. I've been in a funk for the last couple of months so turned from the FIRM to a Cathe rotation which includes the Gym Styles for the next 4 weeks. I've done them all before but not in a long time and not so frequently. I thought I was intermediate/advanced and I think I'm finding out otherwise. I have MAJOR doms after each GS. I did GS legs yesterday and man o man. I think the worst doms is from the calf raises but mostly behind the knee to the top of the calf. OMG! I had to modify alot and feel certain I will be doing some hefty modifying today when I do GS C&T. What great workouts. I look forward to eventually working out with no modifications which will be a sure sign of progress.
