    SKIN CLEANSERS

    I put mine in the microwave for about 5 seconds and the just rub it in and rinse. I rinses right off and leaves my face so soft but I have dry skin so you might have different results. I got some samples from DHC once and really liked the cleansing oil but never bought it.

    Spinning and legs

    I think spinning has helped tone my legs. It works the legs hard so it can't hurt. I have a couple of bulging disc in my lower back and spinning doesn't bother my back at all. I love spinning, it's so much fun!

    Protein?

    I take in protein after a cardio workout. I workout first thing in the morning and if I eat anything before hand I get nauseous so I need something when I get done. If you do cardio later in the day you might not need any protein afterward depending on how much you have already gotten for the day.

    XTrain schedule change ?

    I world think shuffling days around would be fine. Also you could see if there is a shorter premix to the workout for that day. I went out of town for a few days while I was doing the rotation and I ended up shuffling workouts around and doing different premixes and it worked out just fine.
