    Pilates effectiveness study

    While I was doing yoga and pilates exclusively (and walking my dog)---I gained about 50#. Back to Cathe and running and ---size is coming down! 'Nuf said. :P

    What's your "diet"

    RE: What's your 6 small meals a day,--- about 300 cals each (I don't obsess about this ;) ) ----as clean as I can get, most of the time, ---good carbs, plus a protein. LOTS of H2O.
