Afternoon ladies,
It's almost dinner time overhere. I was up really really early and started studying (have to finish an exam assignment in 8 days) and today I was so concentrated and working so hard, that I'm still in my pyjama's
I have been so hungry all day! Didn't eat more than I normally do, too busy studying, so there's an upside to everything.
Haven't done a workout yet, had nothing scheduled anyway cause I did my long run last Thursday. And the weather is really bad outside, so good thing I did
Anyways, my Hardcores finally arrived, YEAH! I've been waiting 8 weeks for them. Now I can try them all. Have to change my w/o schedule
My kids will have mash potatoes, sausage and white beans in tomato sauce (from a tin). But I will have a light dinner (some salad) so I can try one of my new hardcores. Probably do a strength training tape. How about muscle max. Haven't done a total body workout in such a long time
