Hi good morning. Yesterday I did not do Low Max because I went to the cinema. I saw the film "Be cool" . Today I will do Low Max.I will go to Madrid to buy a dvd with zone 2(Pal)and zone 1 (USA) because I want to buy the TAEBO get ripped and I can't find these workouts in PAL format. Have a great Saturday everybody.

I have done Low Max without risers and one TAEBO live basic workout.Later I will do the bootcamp cardio and lower body premix and the only core premix too.I feel so good after half of my workout and a long and hot shower.Have a great Saturday.

Hi Mariangles,
Glad you are feeling better. I love the LowMax workout. I have never done Taebo however. What is it like compared to KPC?

Last evening: IMAX 2 and abs.

This morning will be: Gym Style Back
This evening: a circuit (wavering between SJP and HSTA) and then a strecth.
Clean Max and errands also on schedule and have to go to work for a few hours too.

:-( I got a late start last night so I had to nix the cardio...did UBS-shoulders, biceps and triceps only :(

Today is my rest day...heading down to a/c for the night. Going to see the Eagles in concert and do a little gambling.}( Will be back tmrw sometime.

It's another beautiful day here. I am going to do the Kickmax Bootcamp premix later, plus the leg drills. And a Coremax segment.

I'm going shopping today because I'm so SICK of all my winter clothes!

Mariángeles, I think you will like Taebo Get Ripped, it is one of my favorites!

Cathy...Taebo is more kickboxing than KPC. Billy is fun I think and there are all shapes and sizes of exercisers in his videos.

Wendy....I am so jealous....the Eagles will be great!!!

Shelley...that Kickmax Bootcamp premix is an awesome workout.

I guess a Cleanmax day for me too...:(...and Taebo, coremax and legwork if my hams aren't too sore...

I couldn't workout as long as I wanted to this morning because I had to come in to work. x( But I did Legs & Glutes cuz my high step came in yesterday! YAY! First time with ankle weights, too - makes a HUGE difference!

I knew that there were going to be bagels brought in this morning so I had a smoothie and toast w/pb before I left this morning. The smoothie was soooo good, I almost felt guilty! Here's what I made:

Banana
Strawberries
Frozen Mango
Plain Yogurt
Light Vanilla Soymilk
Dash of honey
2 ice cubes

I HAVE TOO MUCH ENERGY I DON'T WANT TO SIT AT THIS STUPID DESK ANYMORE!!!!

Afternoon ladies,

It's almost dinner time overhere. I was up really really early and started studying (have to finish an exam assignment in 8 days) and today I was so concentrated and working so hard, that I'm still in my pyjama's :) :)

I have been so hungry all day! Didn't eat more than I normally do, too busy studying, so there's an upside to everything.

Haven't done a workout yet, had nothing scheduled anyway cause I did my long run last Thursday. And the weather is really bad outside, so good thing I did:)

Anyways, my Hardcores finally arrived, YEAH! I've been waiting 8 weeks for them. Now I can try them all. Have to change my w/o schedule :)

My kids will have mash potatoes, sausage and white beans in tomato sauce (from a tin). But I will have a light dinner (some salad) so I can try one of my new hardcores. Probably do a strength training tape. How about muscle max. Haven't done a total body workout in such a long time :)

OK, will start cooking now,

Thank you Cathy.If I have to choose between TAEBO and KPC I choose Cathe of course.Billy enjoy to learn but Cathe is the best trainer I have ever known. My favorites TAEBO workouts (I only have the bootcamp infocomercial deluxe and the tapes 2,3,4,6 and 7 basic live) are the basic live workouts. The music is awesome and I don't stress my joints but I prefer the Cathe'kickboxing and I don't sweat doing the basic live workouts as I do with Cathe's or the hardcore kickbox circuit of Janis.Shelley the most I liked of the film is the dance of Uma Thurman and Jhon Travolta.I will forget the rest of the film soon. Carole I want to try the get ripped because I want more intensity and I have read great reviews about the get ripped advanced workouts. Tammy enjoy your workout.Cab ME is great.Angie your recipe sounds delicious:9 :9. Dutchie I am sure you will enjoy the hardcore workouts. I hope you won't have problems with the sound like I had.Wendy have a great Eagels's concert. I can't do the two bootcamp premixes I wanted to do. I will do 1 hour on my stationary bike.Have a great rest of the day.See you tomorrow.

DH and I did KPC this morning! How fun! He was in back of me so I wouldn't lose focus and didn't drop to the floor and pee my pants. LOL I do have to say, he did do a good job because I know he didn't quit as he kicked me in my behind a few times on purpose.
Also, did PUB right before KPC.
Tomorrow will be my rest day!
