Gym style is heavier weights used in a more traditional lifting pattern (3 sets of 10 plus occasional low ends/pulses). The leg work with ball and band is great.
Butts & Gutts is lighter weight, higher reps and uses ball and is the first video Cathe did fire walkers in.
Both are excellent.

Does it have a pretty good taste? I tried Smart Sense and it has a 'thin', watery taste to it, even with milk and ice added. I could actually drink Jillian's with water and not wish I was drinking something else.

I get mystery bruises .. Probably bumped something and it was so inconsequential at the time. I would also suggest diabetic bruise lotion. I have tried it and it works nicely on bruises.

Keep in mind muscle max is an awesome complement to these workouts. If you find combining the two upper body workouts too long, you can just so the upper body portion muscle max.
Cathe has mentioned doing them as a polisher at the end of a workout (so triceps 100 rep at end of triceps workout) or later following a different workout but at least two days after working to targeted muscle to allow for recovery from the previous weight workout.
