    Better than expected Yes! I did all of 5 straight leg push ups today! Was working on the 1RM tests and just for fun tried the push ups. Okay, I had to finish my goal of 12 total on my knees, but I did do 5.

    How much does weight affect your happiness?

    Totally agree. Scale is up today, I know its the cheese I love to eat on these cold winter days, comfort food. But I don't know how to get myself moving to burn the calories like I can in the summer. Dusting just doesn't work!

    Thanks, good theory :D, but not in my case. I was never blessed with human children--only dogs. Yes, Lark is my dog. I rarely carry her. At least it sounds like it could be normal for a person to be stronger on one side or the other, I'm grateful. Should I ignore the difference?

    I agree totally, lina9496. I've only been testing the 4 & 5 star rated exercises from the Chart, so far, VERY tough. I'm not really sorry STS is delayed, besides I'm enjoying the anticipation!

    Thank you, teddy16410! I really needed that info. I think I'll go back and delete all the 1RMs I entered (not many yet) and start all over. I'd quit doing them because it just didn't make sense to me.

    Thank You!!! I leave tomorrow, 3,000 miles of road time, and lots of work in between. I'm taking 3 Cathe DVDs along: Kick Max, Kick Punch and Crunch, and Butts & Guts. No weights, just the resistance band and lots of determination. I needed the encouragement you sent--thanks, again.
