    July 2005 Cathe Roadtrip Details

    My husband and I ate at the Italian Affair restaurent when we were in town, and the food was absolutely delicious!! In fact, that is one of my favorite restaurents ever!! The activities also sound like so much fun! Helen

    Too Old??

    I love reading these stories! I find them very motivating. I'm 43 and Cathe keeps me in Great shape! My mom started working out in her late 60's. She's 73 tomorrow and still going strong. She's an avid golfer and works out with weights at least once or twice a week. Helen:-)

    I would love to have a workout that utilizes the stability ball, weights and a band. Right now I use my ball a lot in supersets and push/pull and the bands when I do Hardcore workouts. I would really love to have a workout that combines both new challenges. Helen:-)

    I am totally happy with my purchase.:7 These workouts are excellent! I also love the added benefit of the dyna-band. I'll always pre-order anything Cathe comes out with as I strongly believe that she has the best product on the market. Helen

    A 60-minute step workout

    I would love a 60 minute routine that could be premixed into 3 shorter 20 minute routines. I often like to do a little stepping or other cardio before weight lifting. Often I do the step routine from SJ&P before going into weights. Sort of an extended warm-up:-). If there was a 20-20-20...
