Cathe, Low Max rocks my world!!!

I did this one for the first time today. Previewed it just before attempting and I almost got it perfect on my first try! Your cueing is superb! I love the music, the choreo, oh and those blasts! I can see my legs looking good by the end of June. What an awesome workout! This one is my new favorite! Can't wait for you to do other low impact workouts in the future! I have no idea how do you manage your busy schedule to come up with such interesting choreography, but I'm definitely impressed! Keep up the great work!:*

Today was my first shot at LowMax as well. I don't know why I hadn't tried it yet. I was so suprised at how quickly the workout seemed to go by.

The choreography was really great and my legs are feeling kind of achey right now. It was a really refreshing break from the high impact. I know that I will be using it regularly now.

I also love Low Max, just did it this morning again. I believe this workout is what is making my legs so defined. I try to do it once a week or every other week and my legs just look really good lately.

Please make more of these!!!

Yep, my fav too! Love how it hits the legs sooo good. Didn't we tell you that you would LOVE it??? ;-)

I know! You all said I would love it and I do love it. I mistakenly thought that it was going to be an easier workout just because it is low impact and I was soooooo wrong. This is a tough interval workout just like any other Cathe has done. By the way I'm doing Kick Max tomorrow and Muscle Max on Saturday, both for the first time. Wish me luck! }(

According to my HR monitor, LM burns more calories than Imax 2. LM burned 631 calories, 35% of which was fat; Imax 2 burned 514 calories, 25% of which was fat.

I couldn't believe it myself. My HR was much higher, obviously, with Imax 2, but not by so much.

I certainly hope Cathe makes another LM.

I knew I had read this somewhere in the forums. That is amazing. I think that IMax 2 is tough but the recovery intervals are longer than Low Max (in fact I don't remember recovering at all lol). And all the LM blasts use the leg muscles till you feel the burn vs IMax 2 where the blasts are done till you lose your breath haha. I was pleased to discover that there is a blast section in the premixes of LM so now I'm planning to add those to future rotations.

Add me to the list. Low Max is my definite all-time favorite. I do it at least once if not twice a week. Don't get tired of it at all. I think I may create a bumper sticker though. I can't remember the interval off-hand, but when she says "Do it low again". Brings up a lot of different thoughts.}(
I hope she does another one some day. A lot of us are not so peppy in the joints as we once were.

I just did LM for the first time last week and also want to add how much I love it! It's a great workout and I'm hoping Cathe will do a LM2 in her next round of videos!!!

I absolutely LOVE:7 Low Max!! This one seems to get more and more fun, the more often I do it. I love the fact that it is an awesome cardio workout, as well as an excellent lower body workout!! Helen

I did Low Max today for the first time and also loved it. The choreography is so much fun. And those blasts! Fire in the thighs baby. That's exactly what I need. I got this last week and read some mixed reviews on it and thought about sending it back. But then I saw this post and tried it out and it is awesome. I'm so glad I ordered it and tried it out. Thanks Cathe!!
