PUB & PLB 2 - please!!!

Please please please do a pyramid set #2! I use this dvd more than any other in my library (other than Imax2 comes in at a close second)

This set is perfect for those of us doing bfl!
 
PLB and PUB have been my favorite Cathe strength workouts for quite a while! I'd love to see a follow-up with a slower count and more built-in rest between sets to make it strength oriented rather than endurance (we've got enough of that, IMO).
 
I would like to see a Pyramid Up only workout focusing on strength with going as heavy as you can. Having 3-5 exercises per muscle group for maximum results. I agree with having longer rest periods and a slower counts well. A 4/4 count would be ideal IMO. My DH uses this method at the gym and has gotten excellent results.

Would LOVE to have PUB/PLB 2!!! These workouts should be on the same DVD also for another great Bonus Combo!
 
Yes!! I would also like to see a slower version, but wouldn't pyramid Down promote strength gains?

Either way, I love the idea. But would like to see a longer ball segment for core and a floor legs segment as good as the one in PLB. This is my favorite strength training routine.

I REALLY like this idea for an Upper and Lower body workouts.

YES! I love the Pyramids - up & down. Isn't that part of the effectivness of this type of w/o, to do up and down?
