    premix suggestions please?

    Delphene, I discovered that with that particular premix last week. What I did was stop it, and chose to do the Step/Hi Lo premix,skipping ahead to where I left off. Then I added the premix for the weights only afterwards. It worked out the same, and I didn't have to keep putting the step...

    Recommend the best lower body workout!

    All of Cathe's workouts are wonderful and effective. B&G is at the top of the list of her lower body workouts for me. Be warned however, take it a section at a time. Don't try to do the whole thing all at once as soon as you get it, like I did.:o It is a workout to work up too. Sandra

    super sets/ push pull

    I like these too. I use the premixes more often. Last week I did 3 sets of upper body from Push and Pull, and today I did the Upper Body Blast from Supersets. Those concentration curls do me in everytime, and I did TWO sets today...oh my. The music is good too.:-) Sandra
