Thoughts on Muscle Max

Hi all!!
I have a gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket and am thinking about my next Cathe purchase. I have pretty much all of the cardio ones that I want.I also have a lot of the strength workouts. The only ones I don't have are Power Hour,Body Max and Muscle Max.(I do have MIS, though). I am thinking about purchasing Muscle Max, but I wanted some thoughts/opinions about this workout before I do. Thanks for all input!!!

If you already have BM2 then I wouldn't feel too compelled to get the PH dvd. I really like MM, and get more use out of it actually than PH and MIS. BM is okay, but dated, and I am happy using BM2.

JMO....:)
 
I just did Muscle Max today. It's a really good all over weight workout. I really enjoy it. It gets my vote.
 
Hope you don't mind if I ask a couple questions about it

1. What is the rep range she uses in the workout? Less than 12 reps?
2. Is it the newest full body workout she has?

I did the upper body portion today, so it is fairly fresh on my mind. I think most of the reps were 12. Some could have been more, but 12 seems right for most. However, some of the exercises you do singles, then pulse for 7 a *few times* then perhaps pulse for 15, ect. I find it pretty tough stuff, but loads of fun. You also use the green band for some of the exercises. That gives me a great burn.

As someone else mentioned there are great premixes on this dvd too. Lots of options with it and a great abs section. I also really like the stretch at the end. Hope you enjoy MM!:)

I think it's the newest full body one that doesn't have any cardio on it.

Like the previous poster said - you do mainly sets of 12 reps (2-3) with lots of pulses (7s, 3s and on the tricep bands at the end 15!)

I really enjoy this one.
