B&G Leg Blast Premix or any B&G

Leg & Glutes

Firm It Up - Slim Series beach body

Shape it Up- Slim Series beach body

30 minute Bun Shaper/30 min thigh blast- Beach body by Tony Horton

PLB
B&G (plus all its premixes)

I 2nd GS Legs, I LOVE this workout.
I did this on Tuesday, and I am still feeling it today...:0

With all the talk about B&G, this is must purchase for me this week!

I always do B&G Leg Blast Premix & add on the floor glute work and always do with ankle weights.

The ones mentioned above are great indeed. I also love the lower body work in HSTA, particularly the hover squats and sit and stands. The bazillion step ups on the high step don't hurt either.

Peter: Oh my god, Brian, there's a message in my Alphabits. It says, 'Oooooo.'
Brian: Peter, those are Cheerios.

Debbie- Very true... now I'm sad I didn't do this one tonight... shovelmax got the best of me though so I knew I didn't have the energy for HSTA... I am for sure adding this one to my rotation next week, although I have to watch how much high step I do, this one is by far my fav of the high step w/o!

I love Gym Style Legs and Lower Body Pyramid, and of course Butts and Gutts.
I like the simplicity of the LBP, straightforward stuff, and I have noticed that Cathe will include the stability ball segment in this workout for some of her rotations-specifically the ones that focus on the booty! I can see why, it is fun and effective! plus it is not as long as the other two.
Heck, just buy them all! If you workout at home, you are not paying a gym membership, so invest the money you would spend on that, in expanding your workout selections!:) At least that is how I justify my huge selection!!

All of Cathe's workouts are wonderful and effective. B&G is at the top of the list of her lower body workouts for me. Be warned however, take it a section at a time. Don't try to do the whole thing all at once as soon as you get it, like I did. It is a workout to work up too.

1. PLB and or GS Legs (I probably lean toward PLB as my #1 leg workout)
2. B&G and/or L&G

I like the Leaner Legs too !

Add in some of your own lunges - do front, back, cross, and walking.

And running can also help.

Have fun }(

As if this wasn't a hard enough decision to make...you guys can't make a unison decision!!! ACK!

OKay...well maybe I can get them all, but then my poor upper body would be neglected.

Oh decisions..decisions...
