Recommend the best lower body workout!

Well, maybe this will help you decide:
PLB is more repiticious than any of the ones mentioned. Your will do 5 sets of the same lower body exercise for 12/10/8/10/12 reps pyramiding the weight up and down. It ends with tough lower body work on the stability ball. There are up only and down only premixes and if you get the DVD you will get Pyramid Upper Body only and there is a nice total body premix. PLB is easily divided into two workouts: standing let work and stability ball work. This workout STILL makes my hamstrings talk for days.

GS Legs has some light weight and heavier weight work, much more varied than PLB but still heavier leg work than say L&G or B&G. It also has floor work and stability ball work. Very thorough lower body workout. This workout gives me DOMS also.

B&G is awesome for cardio/light weight lower body work. Plus the premixes leave many options for shorter, intense variations of the main workout. You get two core/ab routines on this as well. Lot's of variety and the time flies by but you can only go so heavy with this workout. I always feel worked while doing B&G but I've never had DOMS after this workout. That doesn't necessarily mean anything, just my observation.

L&G again, uses lighter weights, ankle weights, and has a lot of varitety as well. It moves quickly and has some good floor work. It is more "Firm" like without being like the Firm, if that makes any sense at all!

Good luck with your decision!
