    Toughest leg Workout

    Maybe it's just because this was the first time doing the w/o, but S&H Legs had my legs screaming for 2 days afterward. DH was goofing around and grabbed one of my thighs in the car and I about went through the roof. I also really like GS Legs (and all of the GS workouts). Paula

    I agree that blast 3 is extremely boring. I usually just skip that blast and #4 too, because I hate the ta-da's. That brings the workout to just around 60 minutes which is fine with me. If you want to sub something, try power 7's or power 15's. Paula

    I just re-read your post. About substitutions, I don't do the shuffle either. I just move my feet the same as Cathe, but not onto the step. I just "shuffle" on the floor around the high step topper. HTH, Paula
