Toughest leg Workout

I did Butts & Guts today all the way through...WOW. I had the shakes. I think this is Cathe's toughest leg WO. What do you think is the toughest?

I'd say B&G's is right up there, definitely endurance wise and burn effect throughtout. I just don't really feel anything the next day like a lot of people, not that it should be an indication that I'm not working out hard the day before. PLB makes me sore for minimum 3 days everytime I do it, more than GS legs, PS legs, L&G or B&G's. Strange, I know.

I don't think it's the toughest , but I really enjoy doing Legs and Glutes from the Body Blast series! After reading thhis thread I'm going to try PLB!

Same here. You have me curious about it. I will throw it in next week though. Need recovery time from B & G!! I also like Legs & Glutes alot.

I think Cathe's toughest leg workout is whichever leg workout I am doing or have to do in the next couple days. ;)

That is so true!! But I have to say Meaner Legs uh-er, I mean Leaner Legs is a toughie for me. It's those darned low ends that kill me

It was about 8:30 am when I finished up B&G. It is now 1 pm & I am feeling my legs talking to me!!! I know I will feel it good by morning.

I think B&G has the toughest standing work. For me, Gym Styles has the toughest floorwork. Those one-legged glute roll-outs/glute presses on the ball are tough!!

But PUB gives me the biggest DOMS. If I go pretty heavy, I feel it for days.

That said, CTX Leaner Legs, ME lower body premix, PS Strong Legs & Abs, etc - I feel 'em all!!

I guess I'm alone in thinking the Gym Style Legs is toughest leg workout. I feel that I get the best workout for my legs and it is very challenging. I would say PLB would be a close second.

My toughest is Gym Style Legs followed very closely by Butts and Gutts. I just did the Leg Blast premix on Sunday for the first time in, well, probably close to a year, and I am still in so much pain! They're both really, really tough leg workouts. I love 'em!!

P.S. I always seem to forget about Leaner Legs. That one slays me too!

Does butts & guts offer a premix called overall legs? hmm. (In my evening fatique I can't remember off the top of my head!) haha.

Anyway, I did that one a week or two ago and it just killed me. I was sore in places the next day that I never knew existed. I've done the cardio premix with B&G and the regular w/o ... but neither one worked me as hard as the overall legs one. All I can say is WHEW.

Maybe it's just because this was the first time doing the w/o, but S&H Legs had my legs screaming for 2 days afterward. DH was goofing around and grabbed one of my thighs in the car and I about went through the roof. I also really like GS Legs (and all of the GS workouts).

Gym Style legs is very tough. Once I didn't even do the whole thing because I was short on time, and I'm not kidding when I say this, 2 days later I couldn't walk. My calves were screaming each time I moved and it was the worst when night came and I took my shoes off. I had such a hard time walking. I thought I was going to die. The woman is evil.

I think Legs and Glutes is the most fun.

Denfinately Butts and Guts -- the floor section. My butt and hammies were on fire today and I love it! (I hate it, too!) When I'm this sore I know I did something good for my body.

I think PLB and GS Legs are two of Cathe's toughest. I like to do PLB keeping up with Cathe and crew's pace and using heavy weights and I really feel the burn. I love the stability ball work...what a good finish to a tough leg workout!!!
