I also recently purchased the Gym Style series, along with High Step Challenge, and wanted a rotation which incorporated these. I searched the rotation forum and did find a few, but none really to my liking. I have been doing the GS series one week, along with some cardio, and then doing 4DS series the next, then switch back. I (and my DH) have really seen a change in my body and my strength. Sorry I wasn't more help, but you will definitely enjoy your new workouts!
