    Its Time!

Rhonda, since this'll be your first time through, why don't you join one of the STS check-ins :) ? It really helped me to stay accountable my last go rounds. Plus it's fun to be able to talk w/people who are doing it with you, or who've done it before, so you know what to expect. It's also fun...

STS Body Rockers - Week of October 30th :)

OK.....you asked..... Personally, I wouldn't do it, but that's just me :p When I train, I train hard, and quite frankly, it would be near impossible for me to do it that w/o compromising my form, due to DOMS/overworked muscles from the previous day. It especially boggles my mind how...

    Its Time!

No I haven't been doubling, been nursing an Achilles injury :(, so def tryin to go a s easy as possible for the first couple of meso's. I wish I were superwoman, like you, lol, & didn't overtrain so easily :p. But, unfortunately I do...and DID  , thus the Achilles nightmare...

NOV 2011 Low Impact Series Rotation

Ooooh, I totally get ya on the limited space. A couple years ago we had some family move in (they stayed for 2 yrs) and my workout room became the teen boys' bedroom  . I was relegated to working out in my tiny bedroom. Needless to say, :( my workout style had to change...

NOV 2011 Low Impact Series Rotation

Ah, OK, I get what you're saying. So maybe you're right, the LIS only rotation may be better suited since it's mostly circuit type stuff, but there's no reason you can't throw in some of your oldies in there too. Perhaps when a LIS workout is repeated, you can sub an older fave of...

NOV 2011 Low Impact Series Rotation

Because STS workouts are so straight-forward about what body parts they work, it should be easier to sub as needed, using workouts like gym styles, slow & heavy, 4DS, and the various leg workout DVDs . Do you have any of those?

    Its Time!

Doing M1-2-3-2-1, to incorporate the "bulk/cut" factor w/o getting rid of the endurance aspect needed in the beginning in order to lift the heavier weights in the end. It also gives me much more "play" w/my calories, like you were saying, since I'll also be pyramiding my cals during this time...

    Its Time!

DirtDiva: I'm the same as you! Lol. Everything else centers around STS! I was trying to wait for the new workouts before starting my latest round of STS, but when they didn't arrive by October 1st, I didn't blink an eye...just went ahead and started & decided to fit the other stuff in...

Hey girls! Yesterday was a rest day, and I haven't made up my mind what I'm gonna try to do today, lol. I finished M1D12 on Friday, so I'm officially in my recovery week, so hoping I get to sample more of the new stuff this week. I'm excited to see what Cathe comes up w/for her rotations...

    Slide & Glide

Thanks for all the reviews, ladies! :D I'm trying to decide between this and CSS for today's wo. I've been concerned about what the cardio vs leg workout factor is, since I have STS legs on tap for tomorrow's wo, and don't wanna exhaust the legs too much before then.....
