I've done this one twice and love it. I also modify some of the cardio to low impact but still get a great workout in. The weighted segments are great too!

I was wondering if Cathe Live would be available on Roku in the near future. I remember a post that said after the Workout Blender was complete and I'm not sure if that's done yet?
It would be so much more convenient to access it on Roku.

Thanks for another great one Cathe! I tried this one this morning and the sweat was just pouring off me but I loved every minute (kinda, lol). I did love all the standing ab work for sure, though. ;)
Did this one this morning. LOVED it! Wow, you get a lot done in 41 minutes! This will be a favorite total body for me when I'm running low on time or want to add some cardio on later. Thanks Cathe! :)
Tried this one this morning and loved it! I went heavier on legs (20 lbs.) and matched Cathe for upperbody. The combination of weights and cardio kept my heartrate up the entire time. This is definitely a favorite for me. :)
Oh my gosh Cathe, this was SO much fun!!! Even me, a cardio-klutz got about 90% of it right away. :) I actually loved the bloopers (gave me a chance to catch my breath, lol!) And it set me up with a smile on face for today. Thank you! :)
Thanks so much for the update. I've been waiting for the Roku launch. :) I currently subscribe to a couple of other workout Roku channels and they do have some chaptering or "skip" options available. Just letting you know it's possible. :)
Thanks so much for the Ripped w/HIIT User Guide! As I was looking through it before I print, I noticed that Abs One and Abs Two weren't correct as far as weights used goes.
Abs Two didn't use weights at all but Abs One did.... It looks like the weights used might have been mixed up in the...
