RWH User's Guide Updated - Dec 11th

We still have a lot to do, but we have now posted our first update to the Ripped With HiiT User's Guide. In this update we've added the chapters section for every RWH workout. These pages will show you the name and order of each exercise in every Ripped with Hiit workout. You will also find the equipment used, reps and the weight Cathe uses (if applicable) for each each exercise. We even have a space where you can record the weight you plan on using for each exercise in the Ripped With HiiT series.

Another nice enhancement to the User's Guide, that demonstrates the advantages of an e-book, is we have now started to add clickable text that links to other pages in the guide or our website making easier for you to find and go to where you want to more quickly. And example of this is our Rotations that now contain links that will take you directly to your OnDemand video as long as you're logged in to your account.

Next up on our long list will either be the Workout Cards or the Premixes...
 
Maybe I have an old link but when I open the guide it still only has 13 pages and ends with the rotations. Am I missing something?
 
I had the same problem. I followed the link posted on Facebook and that one has 30+ pages. So I emailed myself that PDF.
 
It sounds like you have the older pdf open on your desktop. Thus when you click on the download link it will launch your desktop version instead of the new version from our website. Closing your desktop version should solve the issue.
 
Can you also add Upper Body and Legs sticker sheets to your long list? Also, is it safe to print now or should we still wait?
 
Thanks so much for the Ripped w/HIIT User Guide! As I was looking through it before I print, I noticed that Abs One and Abs Two weren't correct as far as weights used goes.

Abs Two didn't use weights at all but Abs One did.... It looks like the weights used might have been mixed up in the User's Guide.
