    Lower Body Blast

    Yep, did LBB yesterday and was dying! Cathe, the masochist, is back! My quads havent been this sore in years!! I think it was the warrior lunges. Great choreography, alot of different leg exercises that obviously challenged me in new ways! Fast paced workout too! Yikes!

    Loving my new Ipad
