    I have all of those! Muscle Max is my favorite total body workout. Right now I'm doing another round of STS. I love weight work, cardio on the other hand is a challange for me. I usually just run a few times a week.

    Long Sleeve Tee Shirts

    I love the tee shirts that Cathe has but wish some, or all were available with long sleeves. I live in Michigan so the winters are cold. I always end up putting a long sleeve shirt under my short sleeve tee shirts.

    Greens Food Powder???

    Thanks for the info. Just another quick question...do you use your green drink as a snack, in place of a meal, after a workout, ect? I'm new to the whole "green shake" thing so I'm just trying to figure it all out.

    I was not implying your in need of help, simply that this these materials may allow you to free up more cash for things you want by budgeting your money differently. Also, did you have the place inspected before you bought it? Sounds like lot of issues could have been caught earlier.

    I have to say Hard Strikes. Even though it doesn't burn a ton of carloies it's so much fun and so different from anything else I have. I also really like Supercuts!

    I wear Newton running shoes. They've helped to change from a heel strike stride to a mid foot /fore foot strike. I love them, I really can't say enough good things about them. My running times have improved, my heel spurs are gone, they've been a godsend for me.

    I do all of my weight work barefoot. It helps to strenghten the muscles in your feet, especially your arch. Doing this has helped me eliminate my PF, and therefore made running so much easier for me.

    I'm thinking of starting another rotation of STS tomorrow. I'd like to use TTM and CF along with some of the STS cardio in the rotation. I'm thinking TTM and CF would be Ok because the weights in them aren't very heavy and used more to boost the heartrate, right????? What about Supercuts...
