Is there 2 different kind of high step? I was looking at amazon & there's one that is black top & the other one was blue top? Which one does fit on Cathe's step?

I have the blue top from walmart.com it was cheaper than amazon. Free shipping if you do the site to store or sometimes if you get $45.00 of stuff you normally buy they ship to your house for free! A member on this website tipped me off so I thought I would pass it along.

They are the same 16 inches square. I have both the blue and grey tops and they are interchangeable.

If you are talking about Cathe's club step, the long platform top (grey) and the high step platform top (grey and blue) yes, they both work with 16 inch square risers.

The high step (no matter the color) does fit Cathe's club step. It won't fit the 'circuit step'. I use the circuit step at home because its not too big for my room. I also have a high step, but the risers are not interchangeable.
