    I would love to hear what Oldie But Goody workouts you have recently rediscovered. I did "Anni's Fierce Force" yesterday and had so much fun and got a great workout. It is fun to rediscover things and find a new appreciation for the old favorites.

    Band on thigh squats

    When buying new bands, I noticed many advertising their use for squats placing the band above the knees. I've never seen Cathe use the bands like this. It does seem to add something to my squats. Anyone else have any first hand experience with the effectiveness of a band squat? Thanks.

    Loop bands

    I found these at Amazon.....they are great and the most like Cathe bands. The others are not as wide but these are the same width.....you can get varying strengths or order the strength you use most. There are also really strong ones at another link by the same company on Amazon also...

    Ripped with HIIT series 2

    I still believe Cathe reached new heights with the her Ripped with HIIT series. I love those workouts, especially the Lower Body Hiit circuit and the Upper Body Hiit circuit. They are just about perfect in my estimation. I'd love to see a sequel.

    Shingrix

    Yes, I had the first of the series of 2 and whoa! My shoulder ached for a few days, not unlike bursitis aching. It was pretty painful, but probably worth it from what I read about shingles. I have to have the second of the series next month.....I will be glad to have it over with.
