I just revisited lower body hit and I modified it to be lower impact and still got a great workout. This morning i did Ripped W/Hiit Back, Shoulders and Biceps and need I say I had to take a nap this afternoon. It's a great challenging series.I still believe Cathe reached new heights with the her Ripped with HIIT series. I love those workouts, especially the Lower Body Hiit circuit and the Upper Body Hiit circuit. They are just about perfect in my estimation.
I'd love to see a sequel.
